The Town of Caledon’s
Communications Office plays a strategic consulting and advisory role with Town departments, with the purpose of streamlining and maintaining communication
standards. Communication
services may include: issues management, communication planning, community and
media relations, collateral publications for internal and external audiences,
and general promotion and advertising.

The role of the Town of Caledon’s Communications
Office is to:
● Develop, implement and maintain internal and external
communication standards
● Centralize approval of corporate marketing
and communications
● Enhance employee awareness and customer service through
effective internal communications
● Manage Caledon’s reputation with regard to
business and public policies
● Promote Caledon’s unique events and services
through strategic media and community relations
