The Town of Caledon’s
Communications Office plays a strategic consulting and advisory role with Town departments, with the purpose of
streamlining and maintaining communication standards. Communication services
may include: issues management, communication planning, community and media
relations, collateral publications for internal and external audiences, and
general promotion and advertising.

● Develop, implement and maintain internal and external
communication standards
● Centralize approval of corporate marketing
and communications
● Enhance employee awareness and customer
service through effective internal communications
● Manage Caledon’s reputation with regard to
business and public policies
● Promote Caledon’s unique events and services
through strategic media and community relations
